Attempts at Tasty Thursday-Pumpkin Edition
I decided to try my hand at cooking, something I hadn't made before, pumpkin Ravioli. Here are the pictures. Yeah, I said bam a lot just to make the food seem more fancy.
I used pre- made ravioli shells and stuffed them with mashed pumkin nutmeg and brown sugar. I think next tell I'll put some ricotta with the pumpkin mix.

i LOVE pumpkin ravioli. how did they turn out?
It tasted great. I over cooked the pasta though. I think I want to try it with butternut squash next.
